John Benker, M.Ed.

John Benker is a higher education administrator and project manager with more than 18 years of experience in online learning, professional education, and academic program development. At MCPHS, he has led large-scale learning management system migrations, redesigned high-enrollment courses, and supported the development of accredited professional education and digital credentialing initiatives.

His work focuses on scalable online education, instructional design, learner engagement, and workforce-focused educational pathways. Benker is particularly interested in how higher education can leverage AI-enabled learning and flexible credentialing to support adult and professional learners.
