Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is a Director of Patient Safety at Atrium Health. Aaron’s passion for patient safety comes from a desire to help people as well as a personal experience. Aaron is primarily responsible for implementing and sustaining an effective safety management system that focuses on high reliability, safety culture, and learning systems for sixteen hospitals. Aaron holds a bachelor’s in healthcare administration from the University of Central Florida, a master’s in Patient Safety from MCPHS University, and is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Aaron lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, and playing tennis.
