Shani Salifu is an instructional designer and learning consultant with more than 15 years of experience advancing teaching and learning in higher education. He holds a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology and is known for developing innovative, learner-centered digital learning experiences.
As Instructional Design Manager for the School of Professional Studies at MCPHS, Salifu leads strategic initiatives focused on course quality, faculty engagement and pedagogical innovation. He collaborates with academic leaders, faculty and cross-campus partners to support institutional goals and strengthen the design and delivery of online and hybrid learning.
Salifu’s work combines scholarship, leadership and practical expertise to create impactful and engaging learning environments.
