About
Dr. Oluremi Remi is a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he teaches courses in mathematics, statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics. His work focuses on applying quantitative methods to uncover meaningful patterns and insights within complex datasets.
Dr. Remi earned his PhD in Statistics and Analytics and his MA in Mathematics from Central Michigan University. He previously earned a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos and a National Diploma in Statistics from the Federal Polytechnic Ede in Nigeria. Outside of his academic work, he enjoys watching and playing soccer with his children and reading.
