About
Chad Plenge is a leadership development expert specializing in team effectiveness, organizational culture and strategic talent development. He currently leads strategic planning, talent strategy, resource management and career development for Associates and Analysts across North America at a global consulting firm. He also serves as a global leader for the firm’s promotion nomination committee.
Plenge brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams in high-stakes environments across more than 70 countries. He previously created a leadership consulting program for the U.S. Army and taught leadership at the United States Military Academy.
He has also served as president of the board for a nonprofit focused on youth leadership development and volunteers as a leadership coach.
