About
Delasie Dela-Seshie Jr. is a biotechnology manufacturing leader and strategic advisor with more than 15 years of experience spanning microbial fermentation, cell culture, live biotherapeutic products, and GMP manufacturing operations.
He has held senior leadership roles in industry, including at Moderna, and now advises emerging biotechnology companies on CMC strategy, process development, and compliant manufacturing scale-up. Delasie also supports workforce development initiatives that connect academic training with real-world biomanufacturing practice.
