About
Erin E. Sullivan, PhD, is Professor of Healthcare Management and Assistant Dean in the School of Healthcare Business and Technology at MCPHS. A qualitative researcher and scientific storyteller, she uses rigorous analysis to better understand the human experiences behind healthcare data.
Her research focuses on burnout, meaningful work, and workforce well-being among healthcare leaders and frontline staff, with particular emphasis on primary care and rural health settings. She has studied healthcare delivery in more than 10 countries across three continents, and her work has been published in Health Care Management Review, Journal of General Internal Medicine, Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, and NEJM Catalyst. Professor Sullivan is committed to advancing healthcare management through research, education, and evidence-based leadership.
