First-Year Experience

• Gain an understanding of financial and economic principles in healthcare
• Apply epidemiologic and biostatistics concepts to evidence-based practice
• Investigate evidence-based practice methods to drive quality improvement
• Identify a proposal for the DNP Project

Second-Year Experience

• Examine concepts in population health and methods for evidence-based practice
• Explore local and global healthcare policy, ethics, and advocacy
• Demonstrate an understanding of organizational and system leadership and interprofessional collaboration
• Implement the DNP Project
