Tuition and Fees Refund Policy

The Add/Drop Period deadline for all programs is specified for each academic term, usually within the first week of classes. During the add/drop period, tuition and fees are fully refundable for a course withdrawal or for students completely withdrawing or taking a Leave of Absence from the University. Student accounts are adjusted automatically, and any remaining balance is immediately due. After the add/drop deadline, there will be no tuition or fee refunds for individual course withdrawal. After add/drop tuition and Residence Hall charges will be pro-rated based on the schedule below. Fees such as equipment or comprehensive service fees are not prorated.

The following graduated scale of charges for tuition and fees is used for purposes of determining pro-rated charges for students completely withdrawing or taking a Leave of Absence from the University during the semester.
