About

Dr. Iman Zaghloul is a pharmaceutical scientist with expertise in pharmacokinetics and biopharmaceutics. She earned her doctorate in Pharmacokinetics and Biopharmaceutics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, where her research focused on immunosuppressant therapies in transplant animal models.

Following her doctoral training, she worked in industry conducting preclinical pharmacokinetic research before transitioning to academia. She later served as an assistant professor and Chair of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at King Saud University in Riyadh. After returning to the United States, she joined MCPHS as a faculty member and became a full professor in Pharmaceutics in 2020. Dr. Zaghloul has mentored numerous graduate students and contributed to collaborative research initiatives across the university.
