About
Dr. Singh has more than 25 years of experience in biomedical research, higher education, and global regulatory science. A former FDA Lead Reviewer, he has over a decade of regulatory leadership experience supporting the development and approval of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, and drug–device combination products through pathways including 510(k), De Novo, PMA, IND, NDA, and BLA.
He teaches microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, and regulatory science, integrating real-world industry and regulatory perspectives into his instruction. Dr. Singh has received a University Presidential Award for Research, Teaching, and Scholarship and has authored more than 90 peer-reviewed publications while serving as an editor and reviewer for leading scientific journals.
