Master of Health Sciences

Graduates of this program will be able to:

  • Analyze and appraise the health sciences discipline in the context of higher education, health professions, and teaching and learning;
  • Design curricula incorporating applicable educational models and learning theories on higher education for healthcare programs;
  • Examine and design tools for leadership of healthcare departments and/or health professions organizations;
  • Evaluate and apply research theories and ethical practices critical to the application of advanced healthcare practice; and
  • Demonstrate development of skills and expertise in health policy, health communication, and/or global health to advance healthcare.
