Mission

The School of Arts and Sciences fosters a compassionate and inclusive teaching and learning environment. Our faculty are committed to interdisciplinary, inter-professional, and learning-centered approaches to curriculum, teaching, and research; our students learn to put knowledge into action to confront the most challenging issues in healthcare. Our core curriculum integrates sciences and liberal arts with professional studies and experiences. Our undergraduate and graduate programs deepen students' knowledge and skills, preparing graduates to succeed in a complex, ever-evolving world.
