As a global organization in a highly regulated industry, our client identified a clear need for developing its regulatory affairs team. With full-time employees working in multiple countries, our client needed a customized and flexible learning program that could accommodate different time zones, full-time work schedules, and global organizational complexities.

Solution

MCPHS created a company-specific cohort of its MS in Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy program. To overcome the logistical challenges, courses were delivered online on a part-time basis, allowing students to balance coursework with their professional and personal lives across multiple time zones. An accommodating fee structure took into account differences in the economic circumstances of countries where the company had employees.
