Create a vibrantly diverse campus where students, faculty, staff, and all members of our Community feel connected, respected, accepted, and valued.
- Use input from the MCPHS members to build an inclusive community.
- Create internal learning opportunities that strengthen a community-wide understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the content of MCPHS, a health sciences institution.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Student Affairs and the Office of Inclusion to ensure equitable processes, policies, and procedures are in place to facilitate full participation and inclusion across the enterprise, especially be individuals from historically underrepresented groups.
