To intentionally create and maintain a vibrant and diverse campus, where all MCPHS community members feel valued, connected, respected, and accepted.
To create internal learning opportunities that strengthen a community-wide understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the content of MCPHS, a health sciences institution.
To partner closely with the other strategic priority teams to ensure equitable processes, policies, and procedures are in place to facilitate full participation and inclusion across the enterprise, especially individuals from historically underrepresented groups.
