Purpose Statement

Monitor student success indicators, track progress on the student success plan, and make recommendations as appropriate.

Goals

1. Review and update the student success plan
2. Invite the new student success navigators and team members to discuss the project progress
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of the student success hub on student, the add/drop initiative and program-based retention champion’s success
4. Collaborate with other strategic priority teams, especially SP2: Student Experience
