University Related Plans

Effectiveness of the University’s Strategic Plan relies on an integrated planning approach. This approach builds relationships, aligns goals and activities across the University, and emphasizes preparedness for change. As described by Young and Baker*, integrated planning:

  • engages all sectors of the University,
  • involves all stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, alumni, and external partners, and
  • helps manage complexity by emphasizing strategy building and a long-term outlook.
