Purpose Statement

Advance community engagement goals by assuring their alignment with University priorities, monitoring progress toward identified goals, and supporting and making recommendations to the college community in support of faculty, students and staff.

Goals

1. Ensure the Community Engagement Plan reflects and supports the MCPHS strategic priorities by providing an independent, balanced oversight of plan execution
2. Evaluate data to monitor progress and inform recommendations
3. Collaborate with the Office of Community Engagement to refine and evolve the plan
4. Support the implementation of university-wide community engagement initiatives as needed
5. Communicate progress on the Community Engagement Strategic Priorities to the University leadership
