CASE Boston Special Academic Request

MCPHS Boston undergraduate students may submit a Special Academic Request for a variety of reasons. Some of those reasons include:

Requesting Transfer Credit for a course that you previously took at another institution
Requesting a Course to be a Program/Professional Elective
Request for a Course Substitution
Request to Substitute a COF Course for a MCPHS Requirement
Request to Take a Course Outside of MCPHS Within Last 30 Credits

Once you have submitted the form, it will be processed by the appropriate staff/faculty and then sent to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
