MCPHS University may provide you with an opportunity to opt-in to receive text messages on your wireless telephone. By opting in, you (i) consent to receive MCPHS University texts at your telephone number, including Short Message Service (“SMS”) messages, (ii) accept and agree to be bound by the MCPHS University Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms, and (iii) consent to the storage and processing of your information as set forth in those policies.

How to Opt-in

To opt-in or subscribe to the MCPHS University SMS service, you must complete and submit an online or printed form or text JOIN to 39061 indicating that you wish to subscribe to receive SMS messages from MCPHS University. Following your submission (either online or by printed form or by text), you will receive a text from MCPHS University asking you to confirm your request. Reply AGREE to confirm your request to subscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt-out [STOP]

To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP to 39061 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register.

How to Get Help or Support [HELP]

To get help, email us at help.desk@mcphs.edu. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 39061. For help, you may also call 1.800.225.5506.

Pricing

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any goods or services.

Message Frequency and Transmission

The maximum number of messages per user will be four messages per month. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

This text message program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The program is currently available for the carriers listed below. Wireless carriers may be added or removed from this program without notice.
