Orientation will be held in a variety of spaces on campus. Students and guests can expect to spend a portion of the day in a large lecture hall space with tiered seats that are similar to an auditorium. Seats and desks are connected, although they are adjustable. This space has a projector, as well as microphones to amplify the presenters.

The University Services and Support Expo will be in a large open space, with tables that students and guests can visit, giving them an opportunity to speak with a variety of campus representatives. The select-a-sessions will be held in smaller, classroom-style rooms. Amplification is available in some of these spaces. If you need an ADA accommodation related to amplification or any other accessibility need, please contact mcphs.orientation@mcphs.edu two weeks prior to your Orientation session date so that accommodations can be arranged.
