Welcome to the New England School of Acupuncture

Congratulations on your decision to attend the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) at MCPHS!

We’re excited that you’ll be joining us soon. There are some important steps to prepare for your time at NESA, detailed below. We will continue to post specific information on this page, so be sure to check back often.

White coats and name tags will be ordered for each student by the department. White coat sizes should be based on blazers or jackets that you wear over other clothing. Please submit your size using the fall 2021 white coat order form.

Students are required to purchase their own scrubs for use in the Acupuncture program. Scrubs are required attire for assistantship sites and practical hands-on courses. Students can choose any brand, but the scrubs color must be Hunter Green.

Students commonly order from the company Allheart.

The MCPHS University bookstore on the Boston campus sells and rents textbooks to students. Shipping is free to students ordering course material. Download the Fall 2021 booklist

MCPHS has established technology guidelines for all new students.
