Graduating Seniors
Congratulations Graduates! Please see important changes regarding your access to MCPHS applications after graduating:
Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive and Microsoft Office Subscription
Access to your Office 365 email account is available for 6 months (180 days) after graduating.
- We recommend using a personal email account for paying bills, applying for jobs, signing up for services, etc. This will ensure you do not lose access to those services when your email access ends.
- Save or forward any important emails and contacts that you to keep.
- Download any files from your OneDrive that you wish to save.
Microsoft Office Installed Applications
Access to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.) installed on your personal device(s) using your MCPHS account is available for 30 days after graduating. The web version of these applications and OneDrive will continue to be accessible until your Office 365 email account access is suspended.
Blackboard
Access to Blackboard is available for 6 months (180 days) after graduating. Please be sure to download any assignment submissions or review materials that you wish to save.
Card Access
Campus card access is available for 1 week after graduating. After that, all graduated student ID cards will be suspended.
Library Resources
Access to Library Databases is available for 30 days after graduating. License agreements for these databases are for current students, faculty and staff.
Self-Service
Access to Self-Service is available for 6 months (180 days) after graduating. Please follow this link for instructions on how to obtain your transcript.
VMWare
Access to VMWare is available for 30 days after graduating. Please plan accordingly should you wish to access any program specific software prior to losing access.
Website
Access to the restricted or logged-in portion of the website is available for 6 months (180 days) after graduating.
