Getting Started

Any new employee account request automatically creates a request for computer hardware. Please keep this in mind to ensure IS has ample time to prepare hardware for the new employee.

Standard Model Selection

Faculty

• Fulltime: Laptop computer. A Desktop computer can be requested instead of a laptop if desired.
• Fulltime – assigned to multiple campuses or clinical site: Laptop computer
• Adjunct: VMWare desktop. Shared desktop computers in Adjunct office spaces.

Staff

• Laptop computer. A Desktop computer can be requested instead of a laptop if desired.
• VMWare virtual desktop for off-campus access to administrative systems.
