Scheduling a Video Conferencing Room

  1. Contact the registrar’s office to reserve the rooms
  2. Once the registrar’s office has confirmed the rooms are reserved, open a Help Desk ticket
    • Title or name of event
    • Include date/dates
    • Start and end times
    • Rooms you need connected
    • List which side is the teaching side
    • Do you need the session recorded? If yes, include the blackboard course ID
  3. If the request is for another user, please include their info so we can cc then on the calendar invite
  4. If there are any changes to the video request, date, start or end time, room changes, cancellations, please notify both the registrar’s and the Help Desk as soon as possible
