Residential Life at MCPHS–Worcester

On our Worcester campus, you can immerse yourself in an environment totally dedicated to health sciences and professional development by living alongside others who are as passionate about healthcare as you are.

All of our residential housing options are conveniently located on or nearby our campus, and each option offers unique benefits specific to your needs and personality. Looking for the ultimate in convenience? Try the Thomas Henry Borysek Living and Learning Center at 25 Foster Street. Interested in apartment-style living? Consider Lancaster Street. At MCPHS–Worcester, you'll find the perfect housing option for you.

Students also have access to world class facilities and amenities, located right on campus. Get active at our state-of-the-art fitness center, enjoy convenient on-campus dining options, and utilize our campus-wide high speed Wi-Fi.

Residential housing options on our Worcester campus are competitively priced and customized to housing type. Rates include utilities, including heat, hot water, air conditioning, electricity, streaming television, and wireless hi-speed internet, which means our students don’t need to manage multiple, often unpredictable bills each month. You’ll have the convenience of paying one bill per semester for your room and board with no realtor fees.

Students who qualify for financial aid can apply their financial aid package to their housing and tuition bill, which is a combined bill issued once a semester (or three times per year).
