The ultimate in convenience, the residences at 25 Foster Street are located directly above classrooms for the Nursing, PharmD, and Acupuncture programs, study spaces, the Blais Family Library, and academic offices. Just a short three-block walk to the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center, 25 Foster Street houses 145 students and is the center of our Worcester campus.

This beautiful hall-style residence has fully furnished studio, two, three, four, and six-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a full kitchen, most have common living areas, and some have two bathrooms.

All of the bedrooms at 25 Foster are single occupancy. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed (full-size beds in most rooms; a twin bed in the smaller rooms), a desk with a shelf and chair, a bedside table and dresser, a closet, an overhead light, a separate lock, and individual control of air conditioning/heat. All utilities include heat, air conditioning, electricity, cable television, and wireless internet. Housing rates range from $808-$1,425 per month and are billed by semester. Laundry facilities, activity areas, study spaces, and vending machines are all conveniently located in the basement. Residents of 25 Foster Street enjoy 24-hour access to computer labs and study areas. The building is staffed with resident advisers and 24-hour front desk security.
