The apartments at 72 Salisbury Street are located just a short ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center and offer one- and two-bedroom apartments.

There are twelve apartment units in the building; each apartment is fully furnished and has a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Every apartment has luxurious hardwood floors and is furnished with a queen size bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table, a dresser, and a closet. Each bedroom is single occupancy.

The on-site laundry facilities are located in the basement. All utilities include heat, air conditioning, electricity, and wireless internet.
