Work for Office of Student Access and Accommodations

Office of Student Access and Accommodations (OSAA) hires students in a variety of student worker positions each semester including:

  • Peer Note Takers
  • Student Office Workers
  • Graduate Student Exam Proctors

Job Requirements

Based on student need, the OSAA may hire peer note takers to provide supplemental notes to support OSAA students.

  • Do you take accurate and detailed notes?
  • Are your notes legible and easy to read?
  • Do you have a GPA of 3.0 or higher?

If you answered YES to all three questions, you may be a good fit for our peer note taker position. If we have a need for a peer note taker in a course you are registered for, you will receive an email from our office with information on how to apply.

Note takers are paid the hourly minimum wage in exchange for their notes and are not paid for cancelled classes, exams, or other times when no notes are taken.

Due to the number of applicants, we will only contact you if you match our current needs. Please do not reach out to inquire about the status of your application.

This is a Boston campus position and preference is given to students with work study funds allotted by student financial services, and who can commit to at least 2 semesters with our office.
