Edwards & Rodgers Halls

Edwards and Rodgers Halls are apartment-style residence halls providing independent living for our upper-class students. They are conveniently located at 572-574 Huntington Ave, a quick 10-minute walk to campus. Edwards and Rodgers Halls will be home to 185 MCPHS students.

• Two and three person apartments with a kitchenette, bathroom, and large shared living area.
• Residents are supported by a trained student resident assistant and an professional staff member.
• Basement floor community areas that include study and gathering spaces and laundry facility.
• Each resident is furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk, and desk chair.
• Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, oven, stove with kitchen table and chairs
• Partial meal plan is required for all residents (full meal plan is also available)
• Residents are responsible for cleaning their living areas and bathrooms.
• Secured entryway 24/7, card access front and back entrances
