Summer 2024 Housing

MCPHS University students enrolled in in-person summer classes or clinical rotations may choose to live on-campus for the summer. All housing for Summer 2024 will be in Matricaria Hall. Please read the information below for all the details of summer housing.

Complete a Summer Housing Application

The Summer Housing Application is now available in the Residence Life Portal. All students must complete the application to request summer housing regardless of their program. The Office of Residence Life does not automatically assign students to housing based on academic program.

Priority application deadline: March 31, 2024
Final application deadline: April 12, 2024

Summer Housing Assignment and Roommate Requests

All summer students will be housed in Matricaria Hall. While we will attempt to keep current Matricaria residents in their present assignment for the summer, we cannot guarantee this. Students will be notified of their summer housing assignment in mid-April via their MCPHS University student email address.

Students may request specific roommates through the roommate selection section of the portal. All roommate requests must be mutual. Matricaria rooms are mostly two-bedroom apartments, with two students per bedroom and four in the apartment sharing a bathroom and kitchen/living room space.

Current residential students transitioning to summer residents will have two options for their move date. We will contact you in early April to ask you to identify the transition option you would prefer.

Matricaria and Fennell rooms will be ready to be occupied by Wednesday, May 1, 2024, and must be fully moved into their summer assignment by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
