Stay close to the action by living at the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center at 10 Lincoln Square.

A short three-block walk from the Foster Street buildings, the Lincoln Square Academic and Student Center offers fantastic amenities and a more independent style of living in the heart of the city, all while allowing you to live in the same building that also houses classrooms and labs. In addition to housing a large meeting hall, and academic and administrative offices, students in our Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Dental Hygiene, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs take classes here.

This hall style residence has all studio units that are completely furnished with a bed, a desk and chair, a bedside table and dresser, a closet, an overhead light, a private bathroom, and individual control of air conditioning/heat. Each unit is equipped with a micro-fridge combination.

Floors three and four offer recently renovated, minimalist-style rooms with hardwood floors. The units on floors five through nine contain hotel-style rooms with carpet and a red/beige color scheme. A community kitchen is available on the top floor for all students to use. There is a convenient on-site café offering 24 hour grab-and-go options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. All utilities are included, including heat, air conditioning, electricity, cable television, and wireless internet. Housing rates are $1,000 per month and are billed by semester. Visit our Worcester Campus Housing Rates page for a breakdown of what our rates include..

On-site laundry facilities are conveniently located in the basement. Students enjoy twenty-four hour access to the computer lab and study areas. The building is staffed with resident advisers and 24-hour front desk security.
